Can Robin Good Make me Move with Staff 24/7

Robin Hood is an agency that is suppose to help people with disabilities or help them move into a home. Well Robin Hood has been getting under me and my Roommate's skin. They are saying that we need to keep the house completely spotless. I think the way the house was fine. It was not overly messy. We do the dishes and pick up after ourselves and the state its in is considered lived it. But, I guess that is not good enough for them. They say we need to vaccum under the baseboards (Who the hell cleans under there anyway ?) Wash our sheets 3 times a week and make things more neat when I thought the house was neat enough. They say it needs to be spotless. Quite frankly I don't have the time to keep it sparkling clean.  They even keep having staff to come to our house to make sure its clean and would go ape shit if there is even a speck of dust on the ground. After I got into an argument about this they said they can force me and my Roommate to move into a house with staff all the time and won't let us have a say in it. I told them they do not have the right to do that and they said they do cuz it says they the contract we sign says they do have the right to do so.and my Roommate said that it did not say that in the contract. I even asked the staff what would happen if we refuse to move and they said they could get the Police involved and remind me that they did that with my 2nd previous Roommate I said that my Previous Roommate was mentally unstable since she tried to jump out a window. The staff of coarse change the subject and said I was being rude and that I must obey what Robin Hood says. I mean this is getting really stupid Robin Hood says they treat us like we are independent adults and yet they really aren't. They are treating us like we are completely disabled. I have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. But, I don't let that effect how I live. Robin Hood is just telling me and what my Roommate can and can't do. Here is an example. This doesn't make sense. but Robin Good says it was ok for my Roommate to go to Riding lessons and she bought a Helmet that was almost 200 dollars and then out of no where. Robin Hood said in order for staff to drive her there since my Roommate doesn't drive and neither do I they said she needs to get approval first that would take months. My Roommate's Mom got bed bugs at her house and she likes to visit her Mom and then Robin Hood said she can't visit until the bed bugs were all gone. My Roommate said they can't force her to stay home. But. They said they can. Now here is an example that they said to me. As soon as I got home from the Hospital last month. They said If I don't take care of my Diabetes They can make me live in a house with Staff 24/7. I am still new to this and they think i should know about all this crap right off the bat ? They even said if we don't take care of our pets properly they can force us to get rid of them. They don't even care for our pets when it comes to them needing to go to the vet. They wouldn't even let me take a few hours off of work to take my previous dog to the vet. I Am so sick of this shit and I don't give a shit on what my Dad has to say about this. But, I am ending my contract with Robin Hood. I will even PDD who pays Robin Hood about all this shit their doing. I am sick of the rules they made. We can't even get meds over the counter they said we need to get a prescription for it. I get headaches a lot so I can't even takes Advil freely. I have some hidden in a backpack. Does Robin Hood have the rights to do this ? Isn't it kinda disobeying the Charters of Rights and Freedom ?
